1. Warranty Coverage
Luxone Stone provides a 10-year warranty on slabs for interior use only. The warranty begins on the installation date of the product in the interior of the living space. Warranty must be activated within 30 days of installation by registering on the Luxone Stone website: 👉 www.theuxone.com/warranty

2. Conditions for Warranty Activation
Registration must be completed within 30 days after installation. Warranty applies only to interior residential use. Warranty does not cover slabs installed in public or commercial areas.

3. Seller’s Obligation
The seller must inform the customer of their right to claim under warranty during the entire warranty period, in line with these terms.

4–5. Exclusions
❌ Incorrect installation or handling
❌ Failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions
❌ Acts of force majeure
❌ Outdoor or commercial installations (restaurants, hotels, malls, etc.)
❌ Structural issues, misuse, visual flaws prior to installation
❌ Natural variations, unpaid products, improper cleaning, UV/chemical exposure

6. Claim Procedure
Contact original site, provide photos, allow inspection, follow instructions.

7. Slab Replacement
Replacement covers only the slab, not processing or reinstallation. Replacement may use a similar color from the current range.
